Product Introduction:
This series of products is a thermosetting powder coating formulated from a mixture of saturated polyester resin, corresponding curing agents, pigments, fillers, and other specialized additives. It features excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, and thermal stability.

The curing temperature depends on the type of powder used:

The powder coating process usually follows these steps:
Surface Preparation:
Clean the surface thoroughly (remove oil, grease, rust, or dirt)
Methods: chemical cleaning, sandblasting, or phosphating
Pre-Treatment:

Powder Application:
