STANDARD TEST METHOD FOR ITEMIZER

In the above tests, 0.8mm cold rolled steel plates with oil and rust removal were used. The film thickness was 40 ~ 80um, and the performance index of the film would change slightly with different gloss.

This product does not contain arsenic, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, antimony, cadmium and other heavy metals, and meets RoHS requirements.

Storage conditions: dry at about 35C, stored in the ventilated room, avoid direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the powder can be stored for 12 months, product can still be used after re-examined to be in good condition even if it is found to be expired.

3. What Temperature to Cure Powder Coating

Polyester powder: ~180–210°C (356–410°F)

Hybrid (Epoxy-Polyester) powder: ~180–200°C (356–392°F)

Typical curing time: 10–20 minutes depending on thickness and oven type.

4. Process for Powder Coating

The powder coating process usually follows these steps:

Surface Preparation:

Clean the surface thoroughly (remove oil, grease, rust, or dirt)

Methods: chemical cleaning, sandblasting, or phosphating

Pre-Treatment:

Apply a conversion coating or primer if needed to improve adhesion

Powder Application:

Spray the powder using an electrostatic spray gun or fluidized bed

Curing:
