Fluorinated organic electret powder, fluorinated organic electret materials are widely used in the field of high-efficiency and low-resistance air filtration materials. Electret air filtration materials require high density of material charge storage, long life and high stability. The raw materials used as electrets require excellent dielectric properties, such as high volume resistance and surface resistance, high dielectric breakdown strength, low moisture absorption and air permeability. Electret materials can be divided into inorganic electrets, organic electrets and bio-electrets.
White powder
The main electrostatic electret methods for air filtration materials are corona discharge, friction electrification, electrospinning, thermal polarization and low-energy electron beam bombardment.
The charge storage function of fluorinated materials is very excellent, with good dielectric properties, uniform micropore distribution, increased PP electrostatic adsorption capacity, and can effectively extend the charge storage time, suitable for 95 and 99 levels.
