Product Description

STD-602 stainless steel cleaner is made of surfactants, penetrants, corrosion inhibitors, cleaning aids, etc. The product does not contain controlled substances such as heavy metals, phosphorus, nitrites, etc. There are no harmful substances that need to be specially marked in the composition. It is completely biodegradable, improves working conditions, prevents environmental pollution, and can effectively protect the surface of the cleaned material from erosion while cleaning.

It is suitable for removing polishing paste, cutting fluid, grease, acid, alkali, hand sweat, salt, dust and other dirt on the surface of stainless steel products and equipment.

​Instructions for use

1. When using this product, you should read the product manual in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning methods can be hot soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.

2. When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. Generally, the original solution is diluted 20 times to make a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5%. The concentration of the cleaning agent should be relatively higher when manually wiping and cleaning.

3. It can be used at room temperature, but the best effect is achieved when cleaning at a temperature of 55-80℃.

4. When using the hot soaking method, heat the prepared cleaning solution with a concentration of 5%-10% to 70-80℃, clean for 5-15 minutes (shake the workpiece appropriately during cleaning for better cleaning effect), rinse with pure water/tap water and then dry.

5. Ultrasonic cleaning can achieve better cleaning results. Heat the prepared 5% cleaning solution to 55-65℃, wash for 3-10 minutes, rinse with pure water/tap water and dry.

6. When the oil pollution is particularly heavy or encounters high-melting-point lipids, you should first shovel away some of the sludge manually or mechanically, and then use the cleaning agent to prepare a 5%-10% cleaning solution and heat it to 55-65℃ and combine it with ultrasonic cleaning.

Precautions

1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the oil pollution, and rinse the workpiece thoroughly after cleaning.

2. Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.

3. The cleaning workpieces must not overlap each other, and 1%-3% of the cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid.

4. Do not allow this product to come into contact with eyes. If it splashes into eyes accidentally, lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline. Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical care in time.

5. To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.

Wastewater treatment

No impact on the environment, the wastewater after cleaning can be discharged directly.
