Product Description

STD-608 rosin cleaning agent is formulated with a variety of solvents and special surfactants. It absolutely does not contain Freon and chlorocarbon compounds, does not contain controlled substances, does not damage the ozone layer (ODP=0), and can be applied to the ISO14000 certification system. The toxicity data is not yet toxic in SARA313 and meets environmental protection requirements.

Purpose

Specially used to clean rosin flux, oil stains, residual liquid crystal in cracks, fingerprints, and dust on the surface of products such as silicon wafers, semiconductors, electronic optical parts, and liquid crystal (LCD) components.

1. It has low surface tension, super cleaning ability, low boiling point, moderate evaporation rate, long service life, and low consumption.

2. Good chemical stability, strong permeability, low viscosity, and can easily clean microporous materials.

3. Good safety, no flash point, non-flammable, non-corrosive, and will not cause harm to human health.

4. The gas-liquid phase change is stable, suitable for steam cleaning and distillation recovery.

5. Easy to use, the required equipment is low-priced, the supporting equipment is small, and no pure water equipment and wastewater treatment are required.

How to use

1. When using this product, you should read the product manual in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning method can be soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, bubbling, spraying, etc.

2. The use temperature is 25-75℃.

3. When using soaking or ultrasonic cleaning, it is recommended to set the cleaning process to three tanks and three times cleaning or four tanks and four times cleaning. If conditions permit, the number of tanks can be appropriately increased, and each tank is washed for 3-5 minutes. After cleaning, use strong (or hot) wind to dry. When changing the cleaning agent, recycle the dirtiest first tank, replace the second tank with the first tank, the third tank with the second tank, the fourth tank with the third tank, and add new clean cleaning agent to the fourth tank. When the workpiece is taken out of the tank, it should be drained for 30 seconds before being put into the next tank to reduce waste and contamination between tanks.

Precautions

1. Do not let this product come into contact with the eyes. If it splashes into the eyes accidentally, lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline. Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical care in time.

2. To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical-resistant gloves and other necessary protective tools during operation.

3. The containers and pipelines containing this product must be clean and not mixed with other solvents.

4. This product can cause combustion when exposed to open flames and high heat, and chemical reactions or combustion may occur when in contact with oxidants. Therefore, it cannot be stored, opened or used near open flames, high heat or ignition sources. Avoid direct sunlight at high temperatures, and take anti-static measures in the place of use.

5. After cleaning, the workpiece should be fully dried, the operator should wear clean gloves to touch the workpiece, and put the workpiece in a dry and clean packaging box.

Wastewater treatment

Waste liquid is collected in a special barrel and then handed over to a government-approved recycler for recycling.
