MT-M series anti-rust paper is a vapor phase anti-rust packaging paper suitable for a variety of metal anti-rust. During use, whether it is in direct contact with the metal or in a confined space at a certain distance, a small amount of STD anti-rust agent is continuously released to form an anti-rust and corrosion inhibitor protective layer on the metal surface, effectively alleviating metal corrosion. At the same time, this product is clean and beautiful, and the anti-rust period is 1 to 2 years with reasonable use, which meets the US military standard MIL-P-3420E.

Product Features

Product use

Steel, chromium, pure tin, pure aluminum, cast iron, copper, alloy, bronze, copper, zinc. Be careful when using cadmium, nickel, lead, solder, magnesium, tungsten, etc. and their alloys.

How to use

1. Clean the metal surface before use, and keep the STD coating surface as close to the metal surface as possible when packaging;

2. Use 1ft2 (0.09㎡) of this product to protect 3ft2 (0.28㎡) of metal surface;

3. Use 1ft2 (0.09㎡) of this product to protect 0.5ft3 (0.01m3) of internal space;

4. For the rust prevention period of 2 years, the metal packaged with this product should be placed in a sealed package;

5. The distance between the STD-M series anti-rust paper and the metal depends on the packaging volume and the length of time the protective gas layer is formed. Under normal circumstances: 30 cm distance can achieve complete anti-rust protection after 15 minutes. The tighter the external packaging, the more perfect the anti-rust protection;

6. Multi-metal parts do not need to be cleaned and can be used at any time, and the packaging is also anti-rust protection. Simple, safe and environmentally friendly. Multi-metal parts should be clean and dry when packaged;
