MT-600B Precision Environmentally Friendly Cleaning Agent is mainly an environmentally friendly degradable cleaning agent compounded with biodegradable agents, permeating and diffusing agents, and cleaning aids. It does not contain controlled substances such as heavy metals, phosphorus, and nitrites.

Purpose

It is used to clean the surface of non-ferrous metal parts such as ferrous metals, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, magnesium, zinc and its alloys, including motor oil, grinding oil, cutting fluid, anti-rust oil, dust and other pollutants.

Instructions for use

1. Before using this product, you should read the product manual in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning methods can be spraying, hot soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.

2. When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. In order to achieve the cleaning effect, the original liquid is generally mixed with water to make a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5~10%. After heating to 40℃ and spray cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning for 3~10 minutes, rinse with clean water and then dry or directly dry according to the cleaning requirements of the workpiece. Increasing the concentration of the cleaning solution can improve the cleaning ability. The concentration of the cleaning agent is relatively higher when manually wiping and cleaning.

3. When the oil stain is particularly heavy or encounters high-melting-point lipids, some of the sludge should be shoveled away manually or mechanically before cleaning.

Precautions

1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the oil stain. The subsequent workpiece processing procedures after cleaning will be determined according to the requirements of the surface cleanliness of the workpiece.

2. Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.

3. 1%~3% of cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid.

4. Do not let this product come into contact with eyes. If it splashes into eyes accidentally, you can lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline; do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical care in time.

5. To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.

Wastewater treatment

No impact on the environment, the wastewater after cleaning can be directly discharged into industrial pipelines after treatment.
